In these classes, Chef Karen will teach you that cooking from scratch doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. Our Kitchen Basics Classes are hands-on and will teach you important basic cooking techniques, including knife skills, and serve as an introduction to using herbs and spices. Learn how to roast, saute and caramelize. We will have you creating amazing sauces to impress the most discerning visitors (or family members). We want to give you more confidence in the kitchen and the inspiration to get creative too. Let our menus and classes be a start to some amazing meals you can whip up almost anywhere.
