This class features Chef Karen Montgomery teaching the following menu:

 

  • Roasted Butterflied Chicken with Gravy
  • Spiced Roasted Root Vegetables

  • Salad with Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

  • Texas Strawberry Puff Pastry Dessert

Class will be held on 3/6 from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM Guests may linger over dinner.
