This class will be a combination of hands on and demonstration. 

1.  Explanation of nori (seaweed sheets), kombu (seaweed), sushi rice, sushi vinegar, makisu (bamboo mat), wasabi, gari (pickled ginger), fish (tuna, salmon and crab).

2.  How to make sushi vinegar 

3.  Steps for washing and cooking rice, mixing rice and cooling rice

4.  How to set up of protein and vegetables.

5.  Hands-on how to make the rolls (make your own rolls)

6.  Chef prepared: sashimi and nigiri
